Job summary

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Clinical Pharmacist (Ticket Solutions) to serve as the subject matter expert on EHR issues, workflows and mitigations within the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System.

The incumbent will triage reports, route issues for resolution, provide troubleshooting and validation support, and communicate outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with facility, VISN, national, and EHR vendor contacts to ensure timely and effective resolutions and to support

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the United States (state, territory, DC) or eligible for temporary Graduate Pharmacist appointment.
• Pharm.D. degree from ACPE-accredited program; BS Pharmacy historically acceptable before 2005 but today Pharm.D. is standard.
• English language proficiency for speaking and writing as required by VA standards.
• FPGEC certification proof may be required for foreign-trained graduates.

Responsibilities

• Triage and route EHR issues for resolution and provide troubleshooting support.
