Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited program.
• Eligible for state pharmacist licensure.
• Residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses to ensure accurate drug therapy.
• Review orders for dosing accuracy, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups.
• Provide drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the public.
