Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.
• Current Nevada Pharmacist License is required.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) is required.
• PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Practice Residency; OR 5 years of clinical oncology practice experience is needed.
• Experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with a collaborative practice agreement is required.

Responsibilities

• Function as recognized expert within transplant and cellular therapy program.
• Oversee pharmacotherapy for patients receiving stem cell transplantation and blood cancer treatment.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and serve on medical center committees.
