Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient oncology care for patients with cancer states including hematologic and solid tumors.
• Review and verify chemotherapy orders for accuracy and safety.
• Deliver patient education about treatments and care plans.
• Monitor therapeutic drugs to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in oncology guideline development and drug monographs.
