Job summary

UMass Memorial Health seeks an Advanced Therapeutics clinical pharmacist to deliver patient-centered medication reviews, adherence monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize outcomes.

You will design clinical programs, support research, and precept students. A Doctor of Pharmacy and ASHP residency are required, with board certification preferred, within a large teaching health system in Central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and ASHP-accredited residency required or equivalent.
• National board certification preferred where available.
• Experience with MTM, inpatient clinical services, and CMS formats is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered clinical pharmacy services and MTM.
• Design and implement disease management and medication review programs.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents; mentor staff and participate in committees.
