Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our inpatient pharmacy team. The role focuses on optimizing patient care through safe, evidence-based medication use, IV admixture, and medication information. Requirements include a PharmD or B.S.

in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school, Oklahoma Pharmacy license in good standing, and BLS, ACLS certifications. Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy and 1 year inpatient hospital experience.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification (ACLS required for attending Code Blue).
• Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes patient care with safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical services, including dispensing and IV admixture.
• Leads and approves work of technicians, students, and support staff under Pharmacy leadership.
