Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a day shift, full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our inpatient team. The role emphasizes safe, effective drug therapies, dispensing, IV admixtures, and drug information support within a modern hospital setting.

Under the supervision of Pharmacy leadership, you will oversee technicians and students while contributing to patient-centered care and a collaborative care model at Hillcrest Medical Center.

Qualifications

• B.S. or PharmD. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist optimizes patient care by providing appropriate, safe, and cost effective pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing, IV admixture program, and providing drug information.
• Works under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy and/or the Pharmacy Operations Manager and will oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• B.S. or Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification (ACLS required for attending Code Blue).

Preferred Job Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
