Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist for day shift. The pharmacist will optimize patient care through safe, cost-effective pharmaceutical services, including dispensing and IV admixture, under the direction of Pharmacy leadership.

Minimum qualifications include a B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited school, an active Oklahoma Pharmacist license, and BLS; ACLS is required for Code Blue. Inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification (ACLS required for attending Code Blue).

Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist optimizes patient care by providing appropriate, safe, and cost effective pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing.

• Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff under Pharmacy leadership.

Responsibilities
