Job summary

Netpace Inc. in the United States is seeking a pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services, including pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation monitoring, renal dosing, nutrition support, pain management, and IV-to-PO conversion. Active license and ACPE-approved education are required; Residency or BCPS preferred.

Hospital or retail experience are considered; sign-on and relocation are case-by-case. Open to all experience levels; competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college preferred.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
• Completion of a PGY1 residency or general practice residency/fellowship highly preferred.
• BCPS or specialty Board Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy, drug interactions, allergies, dosing, and contraindications.
• Ability to provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation monitoring, renal dosing, nutrition support, pain management, and IV-to-PO conversion.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.

Job description

Pay Range: $52.58-$70.55/hour based on experience

Qualifications
