Qualifications

• D.E. or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program.
• Florida Pharmacist license in good standing required.
• PGY1 training or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe medication management and drug therapy monitoring.
• Dispense medications and support clinical pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team caring for complex and critically ill patients.
• Engage in pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, renal dosing, IV-to-PO, and nutrition support programs.

Clinical Pharmacist

Fort Walton Beach, Florida

We're hiring a Clinical Pharmacist who wants a four-day workweek, meaningful clinical involvement, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in acute-care pharmacy.

You'll step into a hospital-based clinical role focused on safe medication management, drug therapy monitoring, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services. You'll collaborate with an experienced healthcare team while supporting complex and critically ill patients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $52-$64 based on experience
• Second-shift differential: $2 per hour
• Third-shift differential: $4.25 per hour
