Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Pharmacist for a float/clinical role in Southwest Florida. You’ll focus on safe medication preparation, dispensing, monitoring, reconciliation, and patient education within an established care team.

Based in Immokalee with potential Naples coverage about one day per week, this weekday schedule offers stability, no on-call, and a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care including Medicare/Medicaid populations.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Florida Pharmacist license (clear).
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• Vaccine/immunization certification.
• Familiarity with infusion services.
• Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Spanish or Creole bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on safe medication preparation, dispensing, monitoring, reconciliation and patient education.
• Work primarily in Immokalee with potential Naples coverage about one day per week.
• Direct supervision of pharmacy technical personnel.
• Medication reconciliation and patient education responsibilities.
• Support high-risk and Medicare/Medicaid patients.

You’ll step into a clinical role focused on safe medication preparation, dispensing, monitoring, reconciliation, and patient education. You’ll work primarily in Immokalee with potential coverage in Naples approximately one day per week and have the support of an established healthcare team.
