Titan Placement Group is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist in Fort Walton Beach, FL, offering four 10-hour shifts and a four-day workweek to support acute-care pharmacotherapy. The role emphasizes safe medication management, drug therapy monitoring, and meaningful clinical involvement within a hospital setting.

You will join a collaborative team providing care to complex and critically ill patients, with opportunities for professional growth and stability.

Formación

• D.E. or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program.
• Florida Pharmacist license in good standing required.
• PGY1 training or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe medication management and drug therapy monitoring.
• Dispense medications and support clinical pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team caring for complex and critically ill patients.
• Engage in pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, renal dosing, IV-to-PO, and nutrition support programs.
