Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor's or higher in Pharmacy Required
• No experience required; Hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs duties of distribution, documentation and compounding related to drugs, solutions and equipment to meet the needs of patients and staff.
• Responsible for reviewing, compounding, dispensing and monitoring medication therapy for infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients including dosing variations and disease states.

• Assumes responsibility for competency and self-development in professional pharmacy practice.
