Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments.
• Registering patients and collecting demographics/insurance information.
• Obtaining signatures and documentation for billing/insurance.
• Ordering laboratory tests and other tests via the computer system.
• End-of-day disposition and statistical data gathering.
• Serving as liaison between patients, nurses, physicians and others.
• Providing excellent customer service and welcoming patients.
