Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to act as the primary liaison with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities, to educate partners on services and program requirements and to support post-acute care transitions for better patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (or nursing/therapy/social work credential), at least two years in healthcare

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field, or graduate of approved school of nursing, therapy, or social work.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities.
• Support referral growth by educating referral sources on services and program requirements to improve post-acute care transitions and patient outcomes.
