Job summary

Sandstone Care, based in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Clinical Outreach Manager to expand access to care and strengthen the organization’s presence in the community. This hybrid role focuses on building relationships with referral partners, presenting educational programs, and guiding patients through admissions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or behavioral health and prior experience in mental health outreach, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing and/or behavioral health.
• Experience in mental health/behavioral health outreach preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Create a territory plan balancing existing and new referrals.
• Manage admissions process and meet KPIs.
• Educate stakeholders about Sandstone Care programs and services.
• Deliver presentations to hospitals, practices, schools, and agencies.
• Conduct facility tours and community events to grow referrals.
• Travel up to 75% within the region.
