Job summary

Amen Clinics Inc. seeks a Clinical Outreach Manager to plan and implement all aspects of outside sales and referral development across assigned accounts and territories.

You will drive growth by building robust referral networks with physicians, therapists and hospitals, while coordinating marketing and outreach efforts to meet goals. You will work with the outreach, clinic, and admissions teams, manage budgets, and deliver regular progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously maintains consistent business development activity and KPI results.
• Meet or exceed referrals and revenue targets through outreach and account management.
• Identify and manage referral sources across physicians, therapists, hospitals and professional networks.
• Develop and execute marketing outreach plans and oversee budgets.
• Coordinate trainings, community events, and professional seminars.
• Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to supervision and align with management.
