Job summary

Sandstone Care in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Outreach Manager to expand access to care through strategic outreach and partnerships. You will build relationships with referral partners, present Sandstone Care programs, and drive admissions while supporting the clinical team.

The role requires travel up to 75% in the region, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or behavioral health preferred, and experience in mental health/outreach plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in mental/behavioral health space preferred.
• Experience in marketing/outreach preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Create a territory plan balancing existing and new partnerships.
• Manage admissions process and meet KPIs.
• Educate patients, families, and referral sources about programs and services.
• Conduct presentations to hospitals, private practices, schools, and agencies.
• Travel within the community to develop referral partners.
• Assist clinical team with discharge planning when needed.
