Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time administrative support experience (4 years preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office, Windows, email, and CampusCafe.
• Strong data entry, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students, staff, and the public.
• Discretion and initiative with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Scheduling & Tracking: Schedule student clinical assignments and ensure all clinical schedules and student data are accurately recorded in CampusCafe.
• Student Support: Greet students and visitors, answer questions regarding clinical requirements, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain precise student files and office records; prepare documents, minutes, reports, and statistical data for leadership.
• Office Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and perform general clerical duties.
• Collaboration: Work with Enrollment Services, Student Support, and Career Services to support student success.
