This on-site role in Boynton Beach requires Florida RN license, 4+ years RN, ASN; BSN preferred, with clinical instruction experience; Saturday and Sunday shifts, 6:45 am to 3:15 pm or 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical instruction, preceptorship, or nursing education preferred.
• Strong nursing knowledge and clinical judgment required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings.
• Demonstrate and teach best practices in nursing care.
