Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing support, and managing InBasket and secure messaging in the EHR, with emphasis on accurate documentation and streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting with administrative and patient-care responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency with medical terminology and electronic health records.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical and administrative support within a centralized Clinical Operations Pool.
• Schedule appointments and assist with care coordination across multiple channels.
• Verify insurance, process prior authorizations, and handle billing-related support.
