Qualifications

• BSN required with 5-7 years of nursing experience.
• Experience as Registered Nurse; travel nurse preferred.
• Direct supervisory or management experience.
• Staffing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workgroups for MSP account implementations and ensure standard processes are communicated.
• Present improvements to client processes to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with Sales to handle client and clinician situations effectively.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing departmental needs and promote open communication.
• Provide primary clinical support to assigned clients by engaging with facility contacts.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure knowledge and application of AMN policies and relevant standards.
• Troubleshoot assignment issues and collect information to resolve problems collaboratively.
• Oversee performance evaluation to promote clinician quality.
