Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking a hands-on leader to guide clinical staff development, optimize ambulatory care workflows, and drive operational excellence across the practice. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role combines education, coaching, quality improvement, and daily oversight to enhance patient flow and provider efficiency.

You will develop training programs, assess staff performance, monitor throughput and regulatory compliance, standardize workflows, and partner with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical training programs, competency checklists, and onboarding materials.
• Conduct staff observations, competency assessments, and performance coaching.
• Monitor patient throughput, room utilization, and provider efficiency.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement operational improvements.
• Support clinical staff during high-volume periods and assist with patient care as needed.
• Standardize clinical workflows across departments and service lines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and partner with leadership on improvement initiatives.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain documentation related to training, competency validation, and performance improvement efforts.
