Qualifications

• Associates Degree required for nursing role.
• 3 years of relevant nursing experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse upon hire; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Staff scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
• Supervise, direct, and delegate patient care assignments to staff.
• Participate in performance evaluations and staff development activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing education of clinical staff.
• Maintain efficient day-to-day clinical workflow and patient care standards.
