Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations of the infusion center, including calls, greet patients, and handle payments.
• Review and reschedule patient treatments, communicate changes to staff.
• Coordinate with Clinic Manager and Accounts Payable for invoices and payments.
• Schedule follow-up treatments with Patient Care Navigator team.
• Obtain and file medical records while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
