JOB TITLE: Clinical Operations Regional Manager – Southwest

LOCATION: Must reside in a PRM market. Travel to clinic locations required (~.30–50%).

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Operations

BENEFITS: Health, Vision, Dental, FSA, Paid Holidays and PTO, 401(k), Competitive Base + Performance Bonus Structure

Job Purpose

The Clinical Operations Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations across 7+ locations in the Southwest region, with opportunity to expand as PRM grows. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is accountable for Medical Assistant performance, operational consistency, clinic readiness, and ensuring a best-in-class patient experience.

You will serve as a cross-functional leader working closely with providers, financial departments and RCM, and marketing to ensure alignment between clinical care delivery and operational support.

Key Success Measures:

The Regional Manager will work closely with their counterpart in the other region to ensure consistency and alignment across all clinics nationwide. Success in this role is defined by delivering a reliable, high-quality patient experience, maintaining strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and ensuring that each clinic reflects PRM’s operational and cultural standards.

This role is also accountable for ensuring financial documents and treatment packets are consistently delivered to patients at the time of checkout. The manager will lead the implementation of systems to track and respond to patient concerns and feedback, supporting a closed-loop resolution process.

Additional measures of success include overseeing the adoption of standardized clinic experience elements—such as front desk scripting, sensory environment, and staff engagement—and ensuring clinical teams have the tools, supplies, and processes in place to run efficiently and meet organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations across assigned markets, ensuring adherence to SOPs and PRM standards
  • Recruit, train, and manage Medical Assistants with a focus on accountability, quality, and retention
  • Manage weekly schedules and provider support to ensure adequate coverage and smooth clinic flow
  • Conduct regular site visits to audit operations, coach teams, and implement process improvements
  • Oversee clinical supplies and vendor relationships, including ordering and par level tracking
  • Ensure clinics are coordinated with other departments—finance, intake, treatment planning, and marketing
  • Launch PRM’s standardized clinic culture program and monitor adoption
  • Support new clinic launches, including setup, onboarding, and workflow implementation
  • Create and maintain digital operations training resources (via TEAMS and Paylocity)
  • Collect and analyze data for internal reporting, compliance, and patient outcomes
  • Enforce compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal clinical policies
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of healthcare operations, practice management, or multi-site team leadership
  • Proven success in staff development, process improvement, and patient experience initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to clinic sites in assigned region

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-site clinical operations or startup healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with EMRs, ticketing systems, inventory processes, and compliance auditing
  • High emotional intelligence, team leadership, and cross-departmental coordination skills
