Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County seeks a Clinical Manager for NICU to lead nursing staff and coordinate patient care. You will oversee RNs, nursing aides, and unit secretaries, ensuring staffing, quality, and budget alignment while promoting evidence-based practice.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise in Level III NICU, and collaboration with physicians and other disciplines to achieve outstanding patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2 years NICU Management experience
• 4-5 years clinical experience in Level III NICU
• Current RN licensure in Florida
• BLS certification (AHA) for Healthcare Providers
• NRP certification (AAP)
• National Certification in specialty within 2 years of hire

Mansioni

• Coordinate supervisory and operational duties for the NICU unit
• Oversee RNs, nursing aides, and unit secretaries
• Coordinate care with providers and monitor patient care quality
• Assist Service Line Director with staffing, QA, statistics, payroll, and budget
• Monitor patient satisfaction and lead quality assurance initiatives
• Promote evidence-based practice and staff development
