Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and CQI processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IDPH, CBOH, OSHA, etc).
• Analyze performance outcomes and drive improvement plans with unit council.
• Develop and uphold unit nursing practice standards with Clinical Nurse Specialist and Medical Director.
• Foster continuous quality improvement and patient safety across shifts.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff to align goals and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor staff on BBEs: Commit to Quality, Critical Thinking, Communicate Clearly.
