Responsibilities

• Leads hospital committees or task forces related to patient care quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates evidence-based practice changes and provides guidance to unit councils.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Accrediting Organization; IDPH; CBOH; OSHA).
• Analyzes monthly performance outcomes and develops improvement action plans with stakeholders.
• Develops and upholds unit-based standards of nursing practice with leadership partners.
