Dartmouth Hitchcock-Keene Family Medicine in Keene, NH is seeking a full-time Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily functions of the section, drive quality patient access, standards, and staff performance.

The role leads financial planning, budgeting, billing review, and cost control; interviews and hires staff; develops policies; and collaborates with physicians and administrators to improve efficiency and patient care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science required; 5 years of related supervisory/management experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and writing skills required.
• Ability to relate effectively with physicians, administrators, and staff with tact and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily operations of the family medicine section.
• Interview and hire new staff; train and evaluate personnel; support staff development.
• Develop and implement procedures, standardize systems, and improve service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue/cost controls across sections.
• Coordinate with the institutional operating plan and department budget for optimal performance.
