Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Active LPN or CMA license in current state.
• Minimum 5 years clinical clinic/hospital experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and staff to meet center demands.
• Coordinate schedules; manage onboarding and training.
• Ensure OSHA and quality standards are met with corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs, wait times, and care team performance.
• Collaborate with PCPs to manage care team outcomes.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and preventive maintenance.
