Job summary

CCRM Fertility in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations of the Care Center, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care. This on-site role requires a Registered Nurse with leadership experience in a fertility/OB-GYN setting.

You will lead staff development, quality assurance, and workflow optimization, reporting to the Practice Administrator. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a global fertility

Qualifications

• RN required
• 2+ years in Clinical Management or Nurse Manager role
• 2+ years experience in Women's Health, Fertility or OB/GYN preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Care Center and clinical departments to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, training, and performance management for clinical staff.
• Monitor compliance with protocols, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Manage supplies, equipment maintenance, and budgeting within the clinic.
• Conduct staff meetings and provide evaluations and feedback on performance.
• Assist providers to maintain patient flow during staffing shortages.
