Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs, and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the care they need at critical moments. Since launching in 2021, we've expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Hospital-Based Delivery, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. About the role:

We seek a Clinical Operations Manager for our new, tech-enabled collaborative maternity practice. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, passionate about patient-centric care, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, innovative team. You will help shape the overall patient experience and manage operations at our first Connecticut clinic in Norwalk, CT. This full-time, salaried role offers benefits and an opportunity to build a best-in-class maternity care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Frontline leadership:
  • Onboard, train, and manage frontline staff
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions to improve operations
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
  • Create work and scheduling plans for staff and clinicians
  • Maintain clear communication with partner hospitals and teams
  • Respond promptly to patient requests
Operations management:
  • Oversee facilities and office operations
  • Address urgent facility issues and emergencies on-site
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships
  • Handle inventory management
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to address their needs
  • Lead improvement projects to support scaling and efficiency

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive operational experience
  • 2+ years in a management role
  • Experience managing healthcare facilities, preferably multi-site
  • Strong multitasking and process management skills
  • Understanding of clinic scheduling and team morale factors
  • Intermediate computer skills for data management and presentations
  • Track record of defining KPIs and achieving goals
