Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical, administrative and program development in the assigned area.
• Develops programs with the clinical and administrative team.
• Oversees accreditation/certification and updates to current rules/regulations.
• Handles financial/insurance issues and related problems.
• Updates policies and procedures periodically.
• Staff training/education.
• Clinical duties including patient assessments and testing.
• Addresses patient experience, billing and insurance issues.
• Uses EPIC for documentation and IDX for scheduling and billing.
• Performs other duties as required.
