Job summary

MemorialCare Medical Foundation in Cypress, CA seeks a Practice Manager I to lead and coordinate the daily operations of the clinical site. You will drive service delivery, productivity and interdepartmental collaboration to support patient, physician and staff interactions.

Essential qualifications include a BA/BS in Business or related field, a minimum of three years supervising in a clinical setting, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Three (3) year minimum experience managing/supervising in a clinical setting preferred.
• BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
• Current BLS for healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the overall operations, development and success of the clinical site.
• Ensure the five (5) Simply Better steps are utilized to support the highest level of service, productivity and coordination with every patient, physician, employer, and team member interaction.
