Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: (None)
• Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Five (5) years in related healthcare experience including three (3) years of supervisory experience; strong communication; knowledge of medical practice management domains.
• Must demonstrate commitment to patient, provider, and employee satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Promotes efficient scheduling, clinical flow, collections processes, and high-quality customer service.
• Assists with planning and direction of departmental objectives and special projects.
• Leads in preparation of compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assigns work and manages activities of practice personnel; trains and evaluates staff.
• Develops processes and culture that support excellent customer service and regulatory adherence.
• Supports staff education and competency programs.
• Monitors quality improvement and makes recommendations for change.
• Ensures safe care and adherence to Memorial Hermann policies within budget and productivity targets.
• Promotes professional growth and serves as mentor and resource to staff.
• Models compassionate and personalized care experiences for patients and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
