MemorialCare Medical Foundation in Cypress, CA seeks a Practice Manager I to lead and coordinate the daily operations of the clinical site. You will drive service delivery, productivity and interdepartmental collaboration to support patient, physician and staff interactions.

Essential qualifications include a BA/BS in Business or related field, a minimum of three years supervising in a clinical setting, and current BLS certification.

Pay Range*: $109,470.40/ann. – $164,216.00/ann.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

Education/Licensure/Certification:

• BA/BS in Business or other related field (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Medical Field, Human Resources, etc.) preferred.
