Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, NYS DOH and Joint Commission requirements is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Over administratively directs clinical operations, IT support and standardized clinical practice functions; monitors reports to improve performance.
• Assists with development of routine management reports monitoring key department KPIs.
• Directs daily operations and establishes SOPs for quality patient care compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Identifies and recommends operational enhancements to reduce costs and improve system stability and quality through standardization.
• Oversees development and planning of clinical outreach initiatives, advertising and communications.
• Responsible for facilities management including space utilization, renovations and budgets; negotiates with planners, designers, and vendors.
• Supports development of ongoing education tools to keep staff up-to-date in their responsibilities and service levels.
• Works with Department Administrator and Chair to assess new or expanded service lines and potential ventures.
