Job summary

One to One Health in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to oversee clinical processes, staff scheduling, and clinic performance. You will assure high-quality medical services, maintain client relationships, and support new clinic openings.

You will collaborate with leadership to monitor patient satisfaction, compliance with HIPAA, and budgeting while traveling to clinics as needed to ensure standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of practice management experience.
• Willing to travel as required by the role.
• Proven ability to manage clinical operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff scheduling and clinic operations.
• Supervise staff productivity and professionalism.
• Coordinate payroll accuracy and timeliness.
• Visit clinics quarterly to ensure standards are met.
• Support recruitment for clinical and clerical roles.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
• Facilitate opening of new clinics with client alignment.
• Maintain client relationships and attend meetings.
• Monitor processes to meet performance guarantees.
• Assist in planning new clinical programs.
• Uphold One to One Health mission and patient care.
• Provide on-site support to patients and staff; train as needed.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Manage clinic budgets and communicate issues to leadership.
