The ideal candidate brings an RN license, 2+ years in recent home health practice, CPR certification, and proficiency with Homecare Homebase and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with a valid license and at least two years of nursing experience in the last 36 months.
• Experience in home health and knowledge of federal, state, and local home care regulations.
• CPR certification and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance.
• Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish are preferred to support diverse patients.
