Job summary

Pinnacle Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the operational implementation of assigned studies at our Corpus Christi site. You will supervise clinical trial staff and collaborate with PI, site leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant execution of research activities.

The role acts as the primary liaison with sponsors, CROs, and vendors, coordinating regulatory submissions, document control, and study visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Clinical Research Coordinator role.
• Experience managing clinical research coordinators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical research staff and studies.
• Coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor adherence to protocols and study timelines.
• Act as primary liaison with sponsors, CROs, and vendors.
• Prepare for and facilitate study monitor visits.
