Qualifications

• Leadership and accountability in managing clinical trial sites.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic clinical systems (EDC, CTMS).
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and lead staff to meet site goals.
• Coordinate trials, ensure protocol compliance, and serve as primary sponsor contact.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and quality standards through audits and queries.
• Oversee specimen handling, data management, and source documentation across studies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and site development to support trials.
• Support patient recruitment and community engagement while upholding professional conduct.
