Baystate Health in Palmer, MA is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead nursing and non-nursing staff, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.

You will make critical nursing practice decisions, collaborate with administrators on call, and support PCS initiatives with a focus on safe care transitions and outcomes in a busy community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Massachusetts (Board of Registration in Nursing).
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and non-nursing staff across the hospital.
• Make critical decisions in nursing practice per Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Support zero patient harm goals and promote national patient safety priorities and PCS initiatives.
