Job summary

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality, safety, and innovation, is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team at Baystate Wing Hospital.

This role supports both nursing and non-nursing staff, has authority to make clinical decisions, and focuses on high-quality, safe patient care and alignment with national safety goals and PCS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board of Registration in Nursing Examination passed and licensed in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and non-nursing staff across the hospital.
• Make critical decisions in nursing practice within policy.
• Promote patient safety and aim for zero patient harm.
• Monitor PCS initiatives and safe care transitions.
