Job summary

Baystate Health, including Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA, seeks an experienced Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This role empowers critical nursing decisions and ensures safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

The supervisor will work with the Administrator-On-Call and other leaders to promote best practices, zero patient harm, and strong patient and family experiences across settings.

Qualifications

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations across hospital units and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide leadership in patient care practices to achieve high quality and safety goals.
• Support nursing staff through mentoring, training, and resource coordination.
