Job summary

Baystate Medical Center Springfield is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor per diem to support nursing and non-nursing staff across the hospital. The role empowers quick, evidence-based decisions in nursing practice within the Nursing Practice Act of Massachusetts and collaborates with the Administrator-On-Call as needed.

The schedule features 8a-8:30p days and 8p-8:30a nights, with at least 36 hours every 6 weeks and required 12-hour weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum three years of inpatient nursing with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and supervision across units.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care in alignment with policies.
• Collaborate with management and AOC in emergencies as needed.
