Job summary

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in human clinical research operations.
• Advanced training in a relevant field (PhD) is common but not mandatory.
• Strong written and spoken communication for participants and collaborators.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to align teams without established processes.
• Ambition to build clinical infrastructure, not just operate it.
• Directness with colleagues and willingness to ask questions when unsure.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up for internal and external studies.
• Own IRB submissions and ongoing interactions.
• Manage participant scheduling, visits, follow-ups, payments, and travel.
• Coordinate device deployment, equipment readiness and study-specific technical support.
• Establish and maintain TMF, document control, clinical SOPs, and staff training programs.
• Own adverse event tracking and reporting.
