Job summary

Arbor Neuroscience is expanding its human neuroscience program and seeks a researcher to design and run longitudinal human studies. You will work with the team to implement imaging and neuromodulation protocols, manage experimental rigs, and collaborate with engineers and clinicians.

Travel to sites and direct data collection are part of the role. Applicants should have a PhD in neuroscience or related field, plus experience running human studies end to end, and strong data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• PhD required with strong background in human neuroscience or related field.
• Experience running human studies end to end (recruitment, data collection, analysis).
• Comfort with hardware and software; ability to troubleshoot rigs.

Responsibilities

• Design longitudinal, causal, within-subject human studies: imaging first, then neuromodulation.
• Run those experiments or oversee them as the program grows.
• Own the experimental rigs: specify needs, keep them running, improve usability.
• Collaborate with research partners and travel to clinical sites.
• Support participant recruitment and data collection with operations lead.
• Analyze and interpret data with the analysis lead.
• Publish results and present at scientific meetings.
• Help shape the human neuroscience program.
