Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years clinical research experience
• CCRC/CCRP preferred at hire
• Experience with REDCap and data management practices

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll, and retain participants; obtain informed consent
• Perform study procedures and biospecimen handling per protocol
• Coordinate study visits and data across sites; ensure regulatory compliance
• Support IRB submissions, amendments, and monitoring visits
• Train and supervise junior staff and volunteers
