Job summary

Arbor Neuroscience is seeking a clinical operations leader to scale human studies using ultrasound and neuromodulation. You will own IRB submissions, site readiness, and participant scheduling, partnering with hospitals and academic centers.

• Experience in human clinical research operations.
• Advanced scientific training, ideally a PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong written and spoken communication with clinicians and researchers.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills to keep teams aligned.
• Ambition to build clinical infrastructure, not just run it.
• Direct, constructive communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build the clinical program with sites and partnerships.
• Develop and own recruitment for a small, geographically scattered participant pool.
• Qualify and onboard clinical partners.
• Design at-home studies including participant experience and safety.
• Lead start-up for internal and external studies.
• Own IRB submissions and ongoing interactions.
• Manage participant scheduling, visits, payments, and travel.
• Coordinate device deployment, equipment readiness, and study-specific technical support.
• Establish TMF, document control, and SOPs; train personnel.
• Own adverse event tracking and reporting.
